1. Overview
At Maratona, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facilities in Canada and the United States, depending on availability and destination.
We currently ship to customers across Canada and the United States.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or promotional events.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once it ships.
3. Shipping Times & Rates
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen service, and order size.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the item price or shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes at the time of delivery.
6. Preorders & Backorders
If your order contains preorder items, you’ll be notified of the estimated ship date on the product page and at checkout.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact support@maratona.ca with your order number.
We’ll coordinate with our shipping partners to locate or replace your order.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Maratona is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you realize there’s an error, contact support@maratona.ca immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
