1. Overview
At Maratona, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return or exchange request.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Requests must be initiated within 12 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- A photo of the product(s) must be sent to support@maratona.ca.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or promotional items
- Accessories such as hats or limited-edition collaborations (unless defective)
4. Returns & Refunds
If you would like a refund, your return will be inspected upon receipt.
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error occurred on our end.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, Maratona will cover return shipping fees.
6. U.S. & International Returns
For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or customs fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact support@maratona.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll work quickly to replace or refund the item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider.
- Contact your payment processor.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received it, email support@maratona.ca for further assistance.
9. Sale & Promotional Events
Items purchased during seasonal promotions, site-wide sales, or limited-time discounts are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
